VACUUM ARC MELTING CASTING
This method is mainly used for the melting of titanium. The use of titanium has increased due to its good biological compatibility and low weight.

INVESTMENT CASTING UNDER PROTECTIVE GAS ATMOSPHERE

This classical method of fine casting or wax melting method, guarantees - provided protective gas is used during the inductive melting procedure – that the components of the alloy are preserved. This willl guarantee a high and uniform quality of the castet pieces.

CENTRIFUGAL CASTING UNDER PROTECTIVE GAS ATMOSPHERE
This inductiv method is especially suitable for complicated small parts. The metal, molten under protective gas atmosphere, is forced into a prepared centrifugal ingot mold.

HEAT TREATMENT
This high working stress cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloy is heat treated after casting. With our protective gas production technique, we obtain mechanical properties which in some cases are more than twice the normal levels.
